A building materials production line in the
Russian area of Tula has paid its representatives in blocks after it fell
behind on pay installments, as per neighborhood media.
The production line owed the representatives 4.4
million rubles ($64,000) in unpaid wages.
"To date we have paid off around 900,000
rubles ($13,000) of back pay to our workers in blocks. We have no other choice.
Our organization records have been captured," the industrial facility's
President told the media.
Fourteen years prior the industrial facility was
gained by another organization which modernized the plant, and now has an
extraordinary obligation of 47 million rubles ($690,000).
"The processing plant fell behind on wages
on the grounds that we've been creating blocks subsequent to the year's start,
however did not get any money as we were reimbursing the obligation," the
Chief clarified.
The Intervention court has presented supervision
and designated a chapter 11 trustee for the manufacturing plant. On November 26
the court is to consider the chapter 11 of the venture.
