Russian Finance Ministry Keeps 2015 Foreign Borrowing Plan Unchanged

The Russian Finance Ministry has kept its foreign borrowing plan for 2015 unchanged at $7 billion, a draft of the budget showed on Tuesday.
RIA news agency said earlier on Tuesday that the Finance Ministry had halved its foreign borrowing plans for 2015 to $3.7 billion.
